For avid cruisers looking for a new adventure, the introduction of two innovative new cruise ships in 2024 from Royal Caribbean have made planning and booking the perfect vacation that much more exciting. Icon of the Seas is the first, and will launch in January, while Utopia of the Seas will set sail during the summer months. Featuring a selection of luxurious amenities and activities, both ships promise to offer a unique experience for all travelers. Guests can look forward to having access to an impressive array of dining options, lavish staterooms, expansive spas, fun-filled waterparks, various on-board entertainment areas, and state-of-the-art robotic bartenders. Both Icon and Utopia of the Seas  will sail short trips to the Bahamas, where guests will be able to access Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay. There you will find has three pools, six beaches, seven dining spots, 13 bars, 13 waterslides, 72 daybeds, 96 cabanas, a zipline, a hot air balloon and more!

Utopia of the Seas offers a range of fun for guests of all ages. With five pools, including the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, and eight hot tubs, there is plenty of enjoyment to be had in and around the water. On the top deck, two resort style pools provide a comfortable spot to cool off and take in the ocean views. For the adventure seekers, the aqua park, Splashaway Bay, features flowing fountains and sun soaked slides, while the FlowRider surf simulator is perfect for those who want to try their hand at surfing. And finally, Utopia of the Seas offers the longest and fastest dry slide at sea, plummeting 10 stories and 43 feet. Guests can also enjoy an undersea themed mini golf course and rock climbing wall, plus access to 17 thrilling slides on board and on shore at Perfect Day at CocoCay. Utopia of the Seas is sure to provide a memorable vacation experience.

With seven unique pools and the largest waterpark at sea, guests of all ages are sure to find a perfect spot to cool off. Royal Bay offers the largest pool at sea, while Surfside provides a space just for families featuring an expansive aquapark with exclusive activities like the record-breaking Frightening Bolt waterslide and the first open freefall slide on a cruise, Pressure Drop.
